State Board Meeting	State Board Meeting Minutes CASTO normally holds a State Board meeting each quarter, starting in September. The State Board Meeting Minutes are provided for the information and convenience of  CASTO Members who want to follow the State Board’s proceedings. Minutes are posted only after they are adopted by the State Board. The Board retains minutes of all of its Board meetings in printed form.  Only five years will be available on the website, unless otherwise deemed necessary.
