From the CASTO State Roadeo Chair:

Welcome Roadeo Fans... Hope your new year is off to a good start. The roadeo committee is ready for a great year of competition. We have our venues all set. Irwindale for Southern and Galt for Northern. We do have a couple new faces on the committee that you will get to know. We are ready... all we need is you.

Drivers, we have all heard that practice makes perfect. Practicing in your yard is good to do as it helps you hone your skills, however, practice in the moment is better. Attend your local roadeos! You meet new people, get to practice, improve your skills and find a pride and honor of doing the job better and safer for our students.

Make sure you study the roadeo layout guide and read the roadeo handbook. Understand the time limits, rules and basics. Study your Commercial Handbook and California Handbook. Study the Vehicle Code and any other information you can find...Knowledge is Power... Safety is Free... Use it Generously! Thanks Class #259.
