  • General Registration - One Table.

    This includes two lunch tickets. Vendors without a tabletop cover will receive a white plastic tablecloth.

VENDOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Join us for the 2025 Mechanic & Maintenance Supervisor Workshop and Trade Show, happening on Thursday, July 16th and Friday, July 17th, 2025, at the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District Transportation Facility located at 12485 Joerger Dr, Truckee, CA 96161. The Trade Show, featuring tabletop displays and buses outside, will commence on Thursday, July 16th.

Table setup will take place on Wednesday, July 15th, from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm. Please ensure your setup is completed by 4:00 pm. All vendors are required to be at their display tables by 9:00 am on Thursday.

Registration Details:

  • $500.00 for one table (We are not charging for buses this year)
  • Registration includes two lunch tickets. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased for $35.00 each. (Lunch tickets and name tags will be available at the workshop registration.)
  • One T-Shirt is also included with Registration.  Additional T-Shirts available for purchase.
  • CASTO will host a Dinner for Attendees on Thursday night at Boomtown Casino. Vendors are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Tickets for this event are not included with your registration but are available for purchase.  Most attendees will be attending this event.
  • Boomtown hotel has hospitality suites available for reservation.  This presents a great opportunity to invite attendees to unwind after the Thursday night dinner.

Please note that there are limited electrical outlets available for the Trade Show. If you require electrical access, kindly bring a long extension cord and power strip.  

Don't miss the chance to contribute to our door prizes! Prizes will be distributed at the conclusion of the workshop on Friday. If you have any items or gift cards to donate, bring them along on Thursday.

To ensure inclusion on our event t-shirts, register by June 14, 2025. After this date, your company name will not appear on the shirts.
